What our students had to say

My partner and I were drawn to Auckland for the work opportunities and appealing lifestyle. I found that the University of Auckland was the best option for me to gain the knowledge and skills required to enter the energy industry.

Megan (New Zealand)

New Zealand is not only a place with beautiful landscapes, it is also teeming with various geothermal areas and parks. I work in the geothermal industry back home and find that studying here is a good chance to look at geothermal development, right at its very root.

Gene (Philippines)

Auckland has plenty of fun activities for the whole family. This was an important factor in our decision to move to Auckland for my PhD, and we have had a great time here.

Ariel (Chile)
